Get his case worker to get another agency! And DO NOT be afraid to
complain!! Tell the agency! Tell the case worker!! Tell the abuse
hotline!! The nurses, cna's and homemakers will get away with anything they
can! He needs to be more assertive--I know its hard, it took a long time
for me to take the reins! Some homemakers work for me for 1 day and I never
see them again! I request people who come and I think we can get along and
they do a good job. The agency actually likes that as it keeps me off their
back and and I get a decent worker! If he winds up in the hospital, tell
the doctor why! Tell the agency too! I got a nurse fired once as she told
me to do something without doctors orders and I wound up with a pressure
sore, a flap and 6 weeks in the hospital.
Hope that helps! take care,

Dana and ?
