Status of Micassa: MiCASSA is still pending in Congress.  Unforetunately this session is due to end at the end of this week (1st wk in Oct.) and the bill will need to be reintroduced in the new Legislative Session that will start the begining of next year.  All the main sponsors are committed to the bill and it will be reintroduced, but we'll need to get all the co-sponsors to sign on again once that happens.   In the meantime though, the National Governors' Association is considering a resolution that -- if it is passed by their group -- would show broad support from the states for MiCASSA and Real Choice!  I am attaching a copy.  It would be great to write to your Governor and try and get her to sign on!   I am also attaching info on how you can get on our email update list, in case you are interested.   Thanks for your support!   Stephanie Thomas HOW DO USERS SUBSCRIBE TO THE ADAPT MAILING LIST?
