Excellent anology.
Kerry still suffers from the "Vietnam syndrome" thinking that the war 
in Iraq should be run from DC instead of the Field commanders. That is 
why Vietnam became such a mess.
Just one more reason he is the wrong man for the job.
The "Oil For Food" scandle proves WHY France etc wanted to keep 
Sadamned in power, blocking any chance of a complete coalition.
If Sadamned thought he really faced being removed from power by force 
with cooperation from all the UN, he probably would have ended his 
games with UN inspectors or accepted the chance for a peaceful exile.
Now kerry thinks that those crooks who caused this problem can be 
trusted to help.
