"hospital" beds come in bigger sizes then twin. I got my mattress from www.abed.com......It's the best mattress I've had..........my bad shoulder doesn't hurt while in bed. If it's in pain while I'm up , which it is but I get my new chair tomorrow, anyways once I lay down the pain goes away.....and they sell beds.too.   Sam
