[QUAD-L] Slow Computer ?

I have a putter question... My computer just went funny one day. It runs fine, but once I start Internet Explorer, everythimng slows way down. It takes a few minutes just to load a simple web page. I can't find anything wrong with it. I just re-installed Winhdows 98. Anyone know where to find Internet Explorer on that CD? I'd try re-installing just that to try and override everything. I have Nortons and it doesn't find anythig wrong with it. Any ideas? Thanks, Greh
