Sadly, Sadamned used the Oil for Food program to corrupt UN officials, buy off France, Germany, Russia and many others. The Sanctions imposed after 91 were coming unraveled and the UN had failed to find the WMD's everyone knew existed after 91. Sadamned had been told by his buddies in France that he would not be attacked. After the sanctions, the bribed supplied him with arms and replacement parts, he built new palaces, he continued to starve, torture and murder his own people. He was poised to rebuild his WMD programs after sanctions were lifted. Had we not ENFORCED UN resolution 1441, Sadamneds treachery would have gone unknown and uncurtailed. Kerry would have you believe he could have lead these bribed entities into forcing Sadamned to submit. Me thinks Kerry is in league with the corrupted.
