I don't think we'll know until the current administration is ousted, now or 4 yrs from now. For, until the powers that be are gone, they will squelch every attempt at finding the truth. On a more optimistic note, others have been pretty darned good at uncovering the truth in spite of the Bushie's attempts to keep it quiet. BUT, as a citizen you have to search for the truth if you want to find it. You won't find it on network news, cable news or mainstream media. The internet is a wonderful resource for people. Yep, there's alot of misinformation there as well, seek the truth and you shall find it.
The borders to Iraq weren't secured immediately, as they should have been, perhaps that's a simple and true answer, perhaps not.
God knows who and what entered Iraq during that time.

The US comes in and secures the entire country in 2 week without a struggle

Was I sleeping?? What suddenly happened to over 600 tons of heavy duty
explosives. That is 30 fully loaded semi trucks of heavy duty explosives. This
newly formed military is making chopped liver of our American Soldiers. What
really happen?? I want to be able to tell their spouses, parents and family
members.
