Greetings GHenry1, Sorry that I took so long to reply but have been busy. Regarding your question on your Handi-Move (body lift) and the need of repair parts. As you know, Handi-Move was purchased by SureHands (800-724-5305) several years ago. To purchase parts for your older Handi-Move Lift, you can call them directly for information. Some of the earlier body lifts were 110volts and over the years have been converted (using batteries) to 24 volt body lifts. It is very important (I'm sure that you know this already) that you have your model number, and serial number when contacting SureHands. Because of liability reasons, SureHands, may not be able to sell you or ship you the necessary parts and will refer you to their local service dealer, who may be trained, licensed, bonded and insured to perform the necessary services to your personal body lift. The same reasons may applied to service dealers selling you the necessary repair parts. Since you didn't mention that which you need. Try the number I left you and see what happens. BestWishes W
