Greg,   In some states there are funds available. It really depends on the state. You need to contact your state independent living center and your state Protection  and advocacy agency. We live in Idaho and we have several waivers that help. Right now I'm trying to get a track ceiling lift system in my sons bathroom.We have had to jump through hoops for months.
