Hi Jim, I got a letter from Senator Lugar 10/6/04 about it after making an inquiry. The reason we need to concentrate an effort on it is that the Senate Finance Committee has not held a hearing or issued a recommmendation on the bill. They need a shove and a reminder that all eyes are upon them. Stuntman
