I'm not sure if he'll get the death penalty only because it was a circumstantial evidence case. He must of had a lot of it to be found guilty though!

What do you all think about them finding Scott Peterson guilty of 1st and 2nd degree murder, do you think he'll get the death penitly? Just me but I think he should fry, what do you think. I do feel bad for he's mom and dad. Silas
