The difference between theory and reality.... can be awesome, Sharon. For
the last 5-1/2 your body has been fighting gravity, and in some ways,
compressing your organs by using a sitting chair. Going to a standing chair
can be and
will be nothing less than amazing. ShaK, the basketball player will have
NOTHING over you once you get to standing, lol. Now, gravity will start taking
over and you may notice little changes gradually and some other changes more
quickly. This may be an experience that you may wish to share with all of us,
or
may not. Your living reality will continue to be a dream for most others.
My friend, Ed Bell, could be more expressive to you on what to expect. Ed
Bell, years ago stepped in between his girlfriend at that time and took a
bullet
for her and has been a quad for a number of years. He eventually married
that woman and produced 3 children and raises strawberries on his SouthCentral
Indiana farm. 2 years ago, he went from chair/scooter to a standing wheelchair
and never stopped to look back. The change in his life is so recognizable....
even for one who may be sight impaired.
Ed Bell can be reached personally at: [EMAIL PROTECTED] or his website:
www.eatmorestrawberries.com
He will be delighted to tell you his personal story since moving in his
standing chair.
Best Wishes in this season of Joy!

Any ideas on howw bowel and bladder will be affected by using a standing

chair? I've been sitting for 5.5 yrs.
