No, I was just providing a history lesson.
The Federal government IS in violation of the BOR stepping over the
line of what is Constitutional. The FDA "ONLY" has constitutional legal
juristiction on items crossing State lines.
I keep saying we are a "REPUBLIC", the fallacy of being a Democracy is
an illusion of "Newspeak".
Finding "unbiased" Supreme Court justices should be attached to every
corespondence to your elected representatives, along with a warning
that you will be watching how they vote. Presently the Federal gov is
in violation of 2 of the BOR:
Amendment IX.
The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be
construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
Amendment X.
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution,
nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States
respectively, or to the people.
Regulation of substances (prohibition) was tried but later repealed.
It was unconstitutional then, it still is.
