Its normal and natural.  Its merely just another sense of your chemical 
makeup that requires attention.  When you are hungry, you eat.  When you are 
thirsty, you drink.  When you are bored or feeling low... some see a comedy or 
a 
drama.  
Same could be said about the feeling of frustration.  Its a real feeling(s).  
People resolve it differently.  I can't begin to tell you.  The answer 
appears easy... but you and I know it really isn't that easy and for most....
