I have base boards and it hasn't been too bad. I turn off the heat in the rooms I am not using and also have space heaters.  I have the ones that don't get hot and one has a thermostat.  I have one by the computer that I use there and the one in my room.  If it is a time when it is warm during the day and cold at night, I usually use only the space heater and shut it off before I go to sleep.  If it is ridiculous cold, I have the heat on in my room at a very low temp.  If I am not careful, my electric bill would look like yours, but it's usually around 100 or a little more when it's a cold month.  I'm like you Tony.  I'm really sensitive to the cold so I get a lot of relief from the base boards.

I think they should have a screening process to prove it's a legitimate lawsuit so I agree eliminate the bs first.
