Hi Greg,
The last two summers our city has had 'water rationing' in the city-limits. We have 102,000 people here, so we use a lot of water. We had a water-park open two summers ago and everyone was complaining about their water use, but at the end of the summer they showed they had used less water than others businesses that size had used. It shut most up about the water usage there.
