I tried to pay attention to what I was eating to see how my bowels reacted but they seem to be on a cycle.  I talked to the doctor about this problem and he told me that everybody is different and maybe my bowels do work on a cycle.  It has only been a few weeks since we did our experiment with messy results.  So, I'm going to shy away from the real hot stuff to see what happens.   Jim
