[QUAD-L] Fuse?

I found a fuse on the floor, it's about 1/3 or 1/2 inch long. I've been using a Permobile Chairman and an Invacare TDX3. Both chairs are working fine, but I can't find anything else in my house that might use a fuse like this. Any ideas on what it might be for? I can't see any area on the chair that a fuse can fit in.
