Billy and Dave,    Sorry to jump in. Wish I would have seen the show. I 
believe it is the old saying Location, location, location.  Some VA 
medical centers are already over loaded.  This  will  probably get 
worse. I hope they do allocate more funds. Did you get the notice that 
they are now giving nurse's a 3 day week and 3 months vacation to get 
more nurse's to work in the VA hospitals ? I think more changes are to
