Hi Cameron,

While I do try to read every post to the Quad-List, I do confess when I see a 'joke' that has been forwarded I tend to just hit 'Delete' and go on.  If, on the other hand, I read something that I feel my 'Reply' will advance the discussion I will take the time to reply.  If you are seriously looking for answers to an issue, I would suggest you do as you've done here, and start a new 'Subject,' that way your questions are not confused with the topics of the old posts.  It helps both the reader and the person asking the question.  I hope you continue to search for answers about living the life of a Quad, and are able to find answers that will help you in your personal life.

With Love,

You may have missed this post but I recently was FWD'ed an Asian/Anglo really stupid joke and after editing out the more blatant racism I sent it to the forum to see what reaction it elicited. While most people were effusing their understanding (or being silent) of "the gays" it was not mentioned at all. Was this just everyone being complacent and even if it was showing intolerance, it was not "in" to take heed. On the other hand could it have been that I could spew out any crap without comment because it didn't interfere with any active posters agenda and "so what if he's being a putz". While finding out relevant information about quad-dom is important, I hope we can all share with each other in order to help each other be better human's. Please don't feel I was testing everyone. I was unsure of how to make a point. It ended up leaving me with more questions. I want the forum to help me advance, not just occupy time
