Mark....i think that's great you were able to work that out, but i'm sorry convincing a prospective employer isn't easier on most quads.  It's a really difficult thing to do, not knowing the person.  I was lucky by working at a lower job, then writing a letter to a higher up boss in the building asking for a shot in the Survey Processing Dept.  I got the shot, and i've been there since...
