Operation Truth a web site that speaks for the soldiers doesn't see it that way and I hardly think Military.com would speak badly about their own health plan especially during war time. This plan has a 2.7% increase while they requested a 13-14% increase to handle the overwhelming amount of military disabled and special need injuries like sci's and lower income.
