Need I say, I certainly don't blame these young men and women?
This is a sorry way to "support the troops"
I surely hope I'm wrong but hear that in some area of the USA, our vets are
having to wait 2-3 months to get an appointment for military specialist. I
also read thru an unknown source that some member of the military, active or
inactive, might have to contribute some monies to cover benefits.
Did I mention those soldiers that are being asked to return their purple
hearts, as it was determined that their injuries were re-evaluated and determined
not to be combat related. (the gov needs that extra metal for armour plating
their vehicles in Iraq)
I kinda wished these vets had known what they were getting into before going
into battle as Regulars, National Guard and Reserves.
