Hey Keith,
I get a lot of lottery type survey from Survey Spot but they also send paying survey you just have to delete the ones you don't want and use several different survey sites.
Here's a site that list the best ones.
Never pay for a list of paying surveys either it's a scam they're all the same ones you find here.
