Position Description:
Responsibilities include the following:
* Assist users by troubleshooting hardware and software problems. *
Respond to incoming phone calls. * Monitor trouble tickets in the queue.
* Assist users with passwords, e-mail, and printer problems. * Escalate
unresolved problems to 2nd level support.


Qualifications:
* Bachelor*s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or the
equivalent is preferred.  An Associate*s degree or equivalent technical
training will be considered.  Microsoft, Novell, or A+ certification
will also be considered. * Customer service oriented. * Knowledge of PC
hardware/software, including internal and peripheral equipment. *
Excellent verbal and written communications skills. * Self-motivated
with the ability to work independently, as well as in a team
environment, with a professional attitude.
