discrimination?  i think so but it never seemed blatant.  i also think i got my job because they needed to fill a quota but i can't prove it and i don't care.  i've given them 25 solid years and have not abused any of my potential perks allowed to people in my condition. 
technology has saved my life.  i'm a computer programmer and now a power chair user.  the newfound freedom is worth its weight in gold.
