Already asked and I'm not allowed. Believe me I would love it if I
didn't have to hear that womans voice when I called. It takes her forever
to take it down and then she still gets it wrong. I complained on her
directly again when I talked to her supervisor yesterday because she didn't
cancel my ride. It was the first thing I said to her Thursday when I
called to schedule my rides. I also asked her if I was going to have to
call everyday to make sure my schedule is right because I wasn't picked up on
Monday before and her reply was "It just happened the one day right?" Just
one day is too many days and if it happens again It'll confirm she is screwing
my stuff up on purpose. There isn't anything else they can do to me now
except not pick me up or not put it in that I cancelled so they take the service
away from b/c it'll look like I didn't show up.
