I got the movie... Yeah bootleg copy but a screener... So just like theater... Anyway I thought it was a real good movie. The controversial ending I looked at from a person that’s a quad’s perspective and an AB perspective. She was going through what I went through early in my injury and others of us probably have. I wanted 2 die and the thought about those pressure sores. The smell took a lot of getting or never getting used 2. They were packing yards of gauze in a sore on my as 2 a day. Never had I thought about biting my tongue off, I quit eating lost more than half my weight. Plus we all know that you need more protein 2 heal a wound. So I was working against the Dr.’s she wanted not 2 live as a vent dependant quad... Her father put the dog 2 sleep >.. She asked the only that she knew loved her enuff 2 assist her with her suicide. Sad but that was her wish!!!! I embrace life now as maybe in time she might have also. But it was basically a movie with some Oscar performances. Christopher Reeves eventually died from complications with infections he had 24 hr private care & couldn’t keep his sores and infections under control so her in a nursing home. This is enuff 2 get this war started again. Lets C what twists & turns we take now. :)
