Glad you are OK Larry. I know falling is scary. I did a tumble
in the shower and I had forgotten to take the phone with me that night. I
had to wait until my friend/neighbor came over the next morning.
Pretty scary stuff. Thank goodness for neighbors.

Subject: [QUAD-L] Adventures in chair
lifts
Here's one of those "lucky dumbass" stories for you. I came
home late one night by myself. I let my lift down level with the van floor
as usual. Without paying any attention, I drove out onto the lift.
OOPS! I had let the lift down about a foot too far! I did not have
my seat belt on either. I took a head first tumble onto the concrete
driveway while (thank goodness) my chair stayed on the lift. Luckily I
landed on my side and I suffered only a few bruises. The worst part was
having to yell for help until the neighbors heard me! You can bet I'm a
tad more careful now. God watches out for children and fools! Larry
