jeff,
please send any donations to paralyzed veterans of America.
the best way to clean a pc is re-format and reload.
i know, painful at best. i run xp which has a "go-back" feature that undoes
most bad things.  i do that and go on a delete-fest when i feel  cluttered.  a
good "ghost" image for backup is always comforting before you  start too.

Mr. O'Connell
Thanks for your input. You have been a big help toward this project that  I'm
working on.Even if you were hired to fill a quota, I'm sure that you
genuinely deserved it, and being after having worked for 25 years, you must be  the
best. I promised to make a donation to the charity of your  choice, so feel
free to let me know. I enjoyed your story very much. I have  read many stories
about persons with spinal cord injuries, but yours gives  the best personal
account by far. I hope that you are still trying to get  it published. At the
moment, I wish I could chat with you about computers. I  am just good enough to do
what I need, and could use your expertise. My  computer is so full of useless
stuff and I'd love to erase all the junk and  start from scratch. Well, take
care. I'd love to hear from you again!
Sincerely
Jeffrey Sero
