We need options to be taught during early stages of recovery, not AFTER
being tossed into a nursing home. The first few weeks after injury
should be a time when the physcological impact needs to be addressed.
If people thought there was a chance for a "life" outside of simply
existing, a PMA could at least be an early achievement.
