having "alone time" is also a big enjoyment for me.

Same here, Jim. I spend at least 4 hours of quality time alone doing what I want. If I had someone hovering over me daily most all day ... no thanks. But I miss being able to hop in a car and go by myself. I was 15 at injury so never even got that far.
I can't live alone though either and ALL my other quality time is spent with my spouse :-)
