I must have wrote that EVERY TIME we had vacation plans in the last 4 yrs ... a UTI, A sore, or something happened right then ... Forcing us to cancel our plans.

Thanks to everyone who already responded. I did make an appt for next Tues. at a wound care clinic nearby. Of course I'm hoping for a quick, no inconvenience to my husband (also caregiver), kids, daily routine but didn't figure that that was going to be the case. Sigh....
Lori, What was it that you wrote back to me recently about having to cancel vacation plans? Looks like I'm joining in the cancelation....
