About a year and a half ago I started moving the quad muscles in my thighs.  I keep trying but I haven't gotten any more return.

yes, i've had such feelings.  it seems odd tho that no matter how much returns, we always seem hungry for more.  also, the more we get, the more we want and the more we feel slighted by fate.  if you have ever tampered with women, illegal drugs, or money; the feelings are very much the same.  when your leg moves a little, you get frustrated it doesn't move more. as in, 'usefull'.   keep trying dude, that's what it's all about.

Hey, I was just wondering if anyone has experienced returns such as mine.  I am able to contract muscles all the way down my legs yet I can not move them at all.
