Hi, you asked if on feeding tube and can't swallow why no drooling ?  It's easy to explain to you......My dearly departed grandmother who passed a bit over a year ago was on a feeding tube for 2 years before she died, She never once drooled because after being on the tube her mouth Quit producing Saliva.. Her kids would use swabs to clean her mouth because it was so dry and had a white cotton like substance in it.                                                                                    Dan
