I thought you'd said Chandler.  My older sister's husband's nephew has lived there about 6-7 yrs .  Name - Steven (or Stephen) Nagel.  Had his house built.  Big house, 3-car garage.  Bachelor until last yr... now a girlfriend.

Be funny if he lived by you!  See if he is by looking him up in the phone book.

He put in a nice fountain in his front yard 2+ years ago and apparently it didn't meet the housing association's PROPER code.  Think it was "too nice."  Geeeeeeeeeez.  So he had to have it taken back down!  I'm sure it was expensive and also an expense to bring it down.

The association's are getting real bad anymore.  Big Brother syndrome in the burbs.  We have less & less rights anymore!

We're laid out in grid form here too until the neighborhood roads go this way & that.

I moved to a suburb of Phoenix called Chandler.
What's nice is it's so new that it was planned very nicely. Lots of parks
and it's laid out in a grid. Every main street is north/sout east/west, and
1 mile apart. So you never get lost, except once you get into a developement
community where the roads go in every direction.
