With all our precious files & programs ... we use a firewall, 2-3 virus checkers and even a program, called "Mail Washer" for email alone.
Mailwasher pops up with unknown addies and let's one bounce back to the sender, blacklist and delete any unwanted mail. We run IT before bringing uup our email program.
We're so protected that we can enter zone 4 on the biohazard unit at the CDC :-)
