[QUAD-L] about uti's and bladder

I'm lost on if a bladder should be more alkaline or acedic, I tried to find out more on the net but never found an answer. Does anyone in here know ? or does bladder need a combination of both.? I have never checked the PH of my urine..........Can you buy the strips to check it and is that of any importance?                                                   thanks for any imput> very confused  Dan .
