Have any pets. Some find them very therapeutic.
On to dog stories. We have a small dog that is often in bed with us. If my fiance tries to kiss me, the dog runs up my chest and sticks her face in between ours. She does the same thing to my parents. Apparently, all men belong to her. The other thing she does, is if your reading or knitting, etc. she will jump right on top of whatever you are doing as if to say, no one ignores me!
