I personally feel that any citizen has the right to file a civil action when
they honestly feel that their personal rights have been affected. The
Constitution of the
USA protects you and assures you a speed trial. I hope you do well in your
endeavor.

However, as a member of the Quad-List, I don't know how I can help you based
on the email you forwarded to the List. Not using Spell Check and having
misspelt words takes some credibility from your complaint. I also get the
feeling
that there is more
to your incident that what was enclosed in your email copy to the Quad-List.
I hope
you are working with a local Center for Independent Living in your area of
California
to re enforce your efforts. In the meantime, I wish you success.

Attention to Chief of Police

This is to memorialize that I tried talking to you by phone on 25 April
2005. I was attempting to explain to you that on the fifth of March my wife
called the police because my neighbor was coming at me in a threatening
manner.
Two offices showed up. They went by my house. A sergeant was outside my
house
and asked my wife if she had seen two offices. She told them that they were
heading in the direction of Wooley Road. So he took off after them.

Respectfully submitted,
