Hi Tim,
I haven't but this was discussed in the SCIC Group and if I recall correctly Medicare didn't want to pay for one, but they eventually did. You'll have to fight to get this coded as a medical necessity. It is DME so you will need your doctor to write a ''Letter of Medical Necessity'' to get Medicare to pay.
