I wish you loads of luck, Martin.  Actually, I wish you more than loads of 
luck with your project.  I pray for the success of your endeavor and hope that 
it can reach the
necessary market for those who need your product and can use it to improve 
their lives.
I hope you realize that before your product is introduced to the consumer you 
must obtain FDA approval and Product Liability Insurance for your Radical 
Chair.
Underwriters will weigh the risk of insuring your product considering all 
that can be done to people who are predetermined to injure themselves with your 
product.
Consider how long the GyroChair took from the time it was introduced until it 
ended up in the consumer market.  (7 years)  And the original manufacturer 
didn't have the financial resources until they sold Johnson and Johnson on the 
idea.
