Hi Stacy,

Have you looked at Insurance Companies Web Sites?  They keep statistics on these things so they know the cheapest way to cover them.  When you've turned in your paper I'd love to get a copy.  Keep up the good work and good luck with your analysis paper, and with your other classes, too.

Hey all, sorry I haven't been around.  The end of the semester is killing me.  I decided to do my policy analysis on the Medicaid Waiver program.  I have found loads of information.  almost too much, however, I am having difficulties finding earlier approaches on what happened to disabled.  I know that they went into nursing homes and still do and I also know that someone's family would be responsible for them.  I cant use anything without backing it up and I cant find anything. I feel like I am missing something.  Everything I type into the browser is current issues.  I need to know about earlier policies and talk about if they work or not.  This waiver was actually signed into law in 1981 believe it or not.  I was a bit shocked myself.  It has been modified a lot along the way.  If anyone knows of any place I could look that I might have not looked by now, I am open for suggestions.  I have looked at all! the advocacy sites such as the aarp and what not. I'm in deep.  I almost feel like I should have just done the ADA act, but this is close to my heart and will hopefully have a job in the field after I graduate.  Again any suggestion would be helpful.  I appreciate it.
