I'm not sure what you mean by 'waiver'?  I know the word is used a lot, but

I am not forcing anyone but I would love some feedback on how you feel about 
this waiver if you are on it.  Do you have any suggestions to make it 
better? If you aren't then how do you get by?  Older SCI'S how did you 
manage before it was enacted.  It would be such a plus for my paper.  I 
really need an A on this thing and you all would be the best source.  I 
wouldn't use your name of course.
