The pharmaceutical companies have our government in their pocket and their budget and these billions in lawsuits are figured in the cost of these drugs. They know they're going to kill some people but it's all in the budget.
The new tort reform laws took care of big business and not the little man also so it will save them billions but see how much they will lower prices.

Yes, True but AMERICAN pharmasudical Manufacturor's and Doctors pay out BILLIONS over and over again in Class Action and Individual Lawsuits for people who may have been harmed by many Drugs, ........Good luck going to courts and fighting the Foriegn Companies.
