The low air loss system overlays are the best I've seen any studies on. I've used them and they do reduce and help prevent pressure sores. If someone has figured out an alternating low air loss system ,, that would be awesome. You should wear knee pads and I'd try aloe a few times a day. OR SWEEN CREAM OR BAZA PROTECT. All of us should be sleeping on a low air loss systems. I sure wish you the best of luck on whatever you get.
