Business is business and if it’s cheaper for a company to take their work oversees than that’s what they have 2 do. Wages, unions, medical costs, etc. make it more profitable for companies 2 go oversees. A lot of companies have their call centers in countries like India when you call the 800 # here a voice with a slight eastern Indian sound that person may be in India. They can pay this person with a college degree $4.50 - $7-00 hr where as the same qualified person here in America would probably be $11.00 & up.
I’m not going 2 get 2 far off into economics but my original point. Americans have 2 stop blaming others for their current shortcomings. Here in Indianapolis at most of the fast food restaurants the employees are Mexican the blks & whites aren’t willing 2 work 4 the starting pay. But quick 2 say there aren’t any jobs. If you have no job take what you can find until u can find better.

Wow-- speaking of jobs going over seas , Watlow Electric here in Missouri is sending 8-16 people from my wife's plant to China to train the Chinese to take over part of their jobs done here , thus eliminating american workers here. What is to become of us all loosing our jobs and insurance coverage in America., Will it never end ?
