Neither Medicare or Medicaid pay for magic bullets, or any suppository, blue pads, or anything like that and to my surprise wont cover compression stockings.  They are something that a lot of people need for circulation pretty badly.  I know personally my legs and feet swell beyond belief without them.  You would think something like those things would be covered.  They wont cover mattress overlays unless you have a pressure sore but will cover the hospital visit if you have an infected or super deep sore but now they are cutting funds for Medicare and Medicaid.  Just plain silly ----- Original Message ----- From: Dana Miller To: quad-list@eskimo.com Sent: Friday, May 13, 2005 6:15 PM Subject: Re: [QUAD-L] Another Medicare ?
