Wow, that's a new one for me.. bananas!  I ate 2 big ones yesterday since they were going soft ... but still have my usual aches and pains.

Further .... I take my Baclofen & Diazepam 4 hours apart.  I woke up late yesterday and took my morning dose at 10AM.  Then my others are set out by my drink jug for me to take 4 hours later which, yesterday, would have been 2PM.

Without realizing it ... I sat there drinking out of my drink jug & talking to my aide who was emptying my dishwasher.  Unconsciously I took my 2PM Baclofen and Diazepam at 11AM!  Only one hour apart!

I thought I might feel extra-relaxed but nada.  I have a real tolerance for drugs :-(

I heard that bananas are good for achy legs.  My sister swears by it.
