I also take Baclofen daily for my spasms and I have diazepam for a backup
but I only use that once in a blue moon to help me sleep. My bowels have a
great influence on how much a spasm daily. Before I have a decent bowel
movement I spasm several times during the day and after I'm done I seem to
settle down.
